Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team at Excell Autovista Pvt Ltd
(NEXA). In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our premium
customers, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. As a key brand
ambassador, you will contribute to the growth and success of the NEXA sales channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales and repeat
business.
Manage customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Promote NEXA products, conduct test drives, and close sales.
Provide personalized services and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Track sales performance, maintain customer records, and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a premium customer experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 Months – 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship
management (preferably in automotive or luxury brands). Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach and ability to meet targets.
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
