Relationship Manager - Home Equity - DSA Channel - Housing - HE - Sales - Pune - Avaanti Residences & Premium Commercial Spaces - JM
- Responsible for managing relationships in the Home Equity segment through the DSA Channel. - Focus on sales of housing loans and home equity products. - Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan products. - Work closely with channel partners and DSAs to generate leads and close sales. - Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. - The role is based in Pune and involves working in a sales-driven environment. - Candidates should be proactive and target-oriented to achieve sales goals. - Understanding of housing finance products and market dynamics is beneficial. - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including customers, DSAs, and internal teams. - The position demands good negotiation skills and customer service orientation.Job role
