Position Title: Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (DST)Department: Sales

Job Summary: The Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (DST) will be responsible for generating home loan business through direct sales activities, managing customer relationships, and supporting clients throughout the loan process. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, ensuring documentation accuracy, and providing an excellent customer experience from lead generation to loan disbursement.

  • Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers for home loan products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field and office-based sales activities.
  • 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable home loan solutions.
  • 3. Loan Process Management: Assist customers from application to disbursement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for faster processing.
  • 4. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on home loan market trends, competitors, and interest rates.
  • 5. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all regulatory and company guidelines.
  • 6. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with managers.
  • Skills & Qualifications:Education:12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (Home Loan experience preferred).
  • Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic understanding of home loan products and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Basic MS Office and CRM tool knowledge.
  • Familiarity with loan processing software is an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
