Job Description

  • 1.Sales & Cross-Selling Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable NBFC products.
  • Convert branch walk-ins, leads, and existing customers into cross-sell opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and cross-sell targets.
  • Promote bundled products to increase wallet share.
  • 2. Customer Management Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct follow-ups for documentation, applications, and disbursals.
  • Provide product information, explain eligibility, and resolve basic customer queries.
  • 3. Lead Generation & Conversion Generate leads through branch networks, field visits, tele calling, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with branch staff and channel partners for business opportunities.
  • Ensure high conversion of qualified leads.
  • 4. Documentation & Compliance Collect KYC and loan documentation as per policy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and NBFC credit norms.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
  • 5. Market Intelligence Track competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Share feedback with management to improve business strategies.
  • Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and lending processes.
  • Customer-centric approach and negotiation ability.
  • Target-driven with good convincing skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
