Job Description
- 1.Sales & Cross-Selling Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable NBFC products.
- Convert branch walk-ins, leads, and existing customers into cross-sell opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and cross-sell targets.
- Promote bundled products to increase wallet share.
- 2. Customer Management Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct follow-ups for documentation, applications, and disbursals.
- Provide product information, explain eligibility, and resolve basic customer queries.
- 3. Lead Generation & Conversion Generate leads through branch networks, field visits, tele calling, and referrals.
- Coordinate with branch staff and channel partners for business opportunities.
- Ensure high conversion of qualified leads.
- 4. Documentation & Compliance Collect KYC and loan documentation as per policy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and NBFC credit norms.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
- 5. Market Intelligence Track competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Share feedback with management to improve business strategies.
- Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products and lending processes.
- Customer-centric approach and negotiation ability.
- Target-driven with good convincing skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
