Relationship Officer Cum Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Negotiation: Actively sell vehicles, accessories, and value-added services while negotiating prices to achieve targets.
• Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, identify needs, and provide in-depth product knowledge.
• Demonstration: Conduct test drives and explain technical features, warranties, and vehicle capabilities.
• Administration: Complete sales, finance, and leasing paperwork accurately, including updating the customer database/CRM.
• Follow-up: Maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Vehicle Delivery: Ensure vehicles are prepped, detailed, and properly delivered to customers.
