Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Remote Support Engineers with strong technical expertise in Windows and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Windows 11 – Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS issues by analyzing System Event Logs, performing updates/upgrades, and accessing Registry settings.
• Diagnose hardware issues for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and Scanners. Coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook 2007/2013/2016 including licensing and feature knowledge.
• Manage tickets, SLA updates, and work logs using tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.
• Perform Windows OS troubleshooting (upgrades, BIOS, firmware).
• Support network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Remote Desktop tools.
• Ensure system compliance with SCCM, Antivirus, and Windows updates.
• Troubleshoot Group Policy, system performance, disk space, and mailbox storage issues.
