Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various operational tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines. This work demands working in NYC (US) shift (IST 6.30/7pm to IST 4am).

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role comprises supporting US based global bank in Loan operations.

 Areas of work involve:

• • Basic knowledge & understanding of US banking norms & regulations.
  • Credit Agreement understanding & analysis.
  • Understanding of credit/ docs like LCs, Memos, Promissory notes, CPs & other agreements.
  • Analysing key data elements and ensuring Loan remediations.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Loan IQ/ACBS/AFS.
  • Monitor Daily mails take necessary actions.
  • Facility: Renewal, Termination & Amendments.
  • Reporting: EOD, BOD, Error, Production
  • Ensuring streamline management of production queues.
  • Assisting team in Training, knowledge sharing and cross training across domains.
  • Effective communication skills.
• Regular interaction with client to discuss workflow and supporting the client with any ad-hoc requests related to the transaction approval process.
• Understand client expectations and share own insights based on best practices and expertise.

MINIMUM & PREFERRED EDUCATION

• MBA or master’s degree preferred.

MINIMUM & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• 3-6 years of experience in Loan syndication/Commercial Lending operations
• Knowledge and working experience in Loan IQ/ACBS/AFS.
• Must have intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Independent problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to explain protocol and processes to the team.
• Needs to be proactive and ensuring smooth functioning of work.
