Lead the service team on the floor, ensuring smooth operations during all shifts.

Conduct pre-service briefings, assign sections, and ensure staff are trained on menu knowledge, daily specials, and SOPs.

Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order execution and accuracy.

Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards in line with company policies.

Handle billing, payments, and feedback with professionalism and accuracy.

Support inventory control by monitoring cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment.

Act as the senior point of contact in the absence of the restaurant manager or supervisor.
