Job Description

  • Supervise and guide stewards and service staff during shifts.
  • Ensure proper table setup as per restaurant standards.
  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle guest complaints efficiently and escalate when required.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order service.
  • Monitor service quality and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Train new staff on service procedures and customer handling.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate important updates to management.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and support in closing procedures.
  • Maintain discipline and grooming standards of the team.
