Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Customers ka welcome karna aur unko proper seating dena
- Customers se order lena aur kitchen staff ko order communicate karna
- Food aur beverages time par serve karna
- Table setting, cleaning aur dining area ko clean aur hygienic rakhna
- Customers ke questions, complaints aur special requests ko politely handle karna
- Cash counter par billing aur payment receive karna (agar required ho)
- Kitchen aur service area mein coordination banana
- Restaurant ke rules, hygiene standards aur safety norms follow karna
Job Requirements:
- Basic Hindi/English bolne aur samajhne ki ability
- Customer service ka basic knowledge
- Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain
- Team ke saath kaam karne ki ability
- Neat aur clean appearance
