Retail Banking Sales Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Banking Sales Operations professional to support sales teams, manage operational processes, and ensure smooth execution of banking products. The role bridges front-end sales and back-end operations to drive efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

*Support sales teams with end-to-end processing of banking products (CASA, loans, cards, deposits, etc.)

*Handle customer documentation, verification, and onboarding processes

*Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations) for timely case closures

*Track sales MIS, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards

*Ensure adherence to banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC norms

*Resolve operational issues and customer queries related to sales processing

*Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems

*Assist in improving sales and operational workflows for better efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

*Proficiency in MS Excel and banking/CRM systems

*Good communication and coordination skills

*High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability

Experience

0–1 years for Executive level

1–4 years for Senior / Officer level
