Job Description:

Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company (BALIC) is currently hiring an Insurance Consultant/Retail Partner/Development Officer who can speak Hindi.

The job function involves sales, recruitment, team development and activation, and building your team. This position is remote, so you can work from home.

The basic salary for this position is a basic 19k inclusive of Allowance and, fixed salary,+ *Incentive* like MPI, Power Reward, Additional Recruitment Benefits and GPI, which can vary from 20-60k according to your business development. 

Training will last for 3 months, and during that time, you will receive a stipend of up to 1,05,000 based on your performance.

The selection process includes an interview, final level approval (Level 1, Level 2), training, examination, and practical assignments (business assignment and 4 active ICs). Once you complete these steps, you will be promoted to a Retail Partner.
