Job Description:

Roles Responsibilities:We are having an opening for the post of Store Customer Relationship Executive at our store situated. Please refer to the job details as mentioned below.

1. Consultative Selling

· To help the Customer enthusiastically in the process of locating the merchandise and suitably recommending as per his needs and profile.

· To describe the features of the product and its utility, energetically and thus help the Customer to make a buying decision.

· To develop clear understanding of Customer's latent needs proactively and suggest add-on products.

· Suggest (Link / Upsell) relevant accessories pertaining to the product chosen by the customer.

· To inform the customers about the finance options available.

· To inform the customers about the ongoing promotions / offers in the store.

Other Responsibilities

· To develop the spirit of being Self Disciplined : -

· By abiding by the company's rules, policies, systems & practices.

· By setting a high standard of attendance and punctuality.

· By effectively following instructions of the seniors.

· By following the grooming standards and uniform policy.

· By setting example of high standard of integrity

Max Sal range- 20k - 30K inhand (depending on last salary)

Requirement:
