As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to customers, assist in showcasing our exclusive range of perfumes, and contribute to a luxurious shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting perfumes.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's products and collections.

Assist customers with product recommendations, ensuring they find the perfect fragrance.

Maintain store cleanliness and product displays to reflect the brand’s image.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat visits.

Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and special events.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.

Ensure that the store is stocked with products and report inventory needs.

Requirements:

Passion for perfumes, luxury products, and customer service.

Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
