Job Description

  • Leadership & Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and motivate sales teams to meet targets and provide top-notch service.
  • Sales & Operations: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage store budgets, analyze sales data, and monitor financial performance.
  • Customer Experience: Build customer loyalty, resolve issues, and ensure a positive, clean, and safe shopping environment.
  • Merchandising & Inventory: Optimize store layout, manage stock levels, implement promotional displays, and control shrinkage.
  • Marketing & Compliance: Coordinate with marketing, implement campaigns, and ensure adherence to all company policies, health, safety, and legal standards.
