Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 

Sales & Customer Experience

• Lead daily floor operations and attend to customers when needed
• Drive upselling and increase average ticket size
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Train team on product knowledge and store behavior

📦 

Inventory & Stock Management

• Manage daily stock inward/outward
• Ensure product tagging, barcoding, and HSN updates
• Conduct weekly & monthly stock audits
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for replenishment

🧾 

Billing & Compliance

• Oversee POS billing and payment settlements
• Ensure correct GST entries and reporting
• Maintain supplier invoice records and track payments
• Share daily/weekly sales & cash reports with owner

👥 

Team Management

• Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance
• Monitor staff productivity and train new hires
• Lead by example with punctuality, energy, and a customer-first mindset

🧹 

Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance

• Ensure proper product display and seasonal VM updates
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of the store
• Ensure timely execution of sales & promotional campaigns
