Job Description

Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and developing comprehensive business cases for RPA initiatives.
Engage with senior stakeholders to define automation requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and creating detailed process documentation for RPA development.
Oversee the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, collaborating with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions and managing post-deployment support.
Drive the continuous improvement of RPA solutions, providing insights on process enhancements, monitoring RPA performance, and implementing optimizations.
Mentor and guide junior team members, while managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful automation implementations and driving organizational adoption of RPA technologies.

Primary Skills

Extensive experience in business process analysis and identifying RPA opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Strong ability to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with development teams for accurate solution delivery.
In-depth knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and familiarity with automation frameworks, best practices, and governance models.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and ensure successful RPA deployment and continuous improvement.
