Job Summary:

This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute technology transformation strategies, oversee implementation projects, and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive business outcomes by translating MedTech client needs into actionable strategies, ensuring measurable impact and long-term value creation.
• Utilize an analytical mindset to develop data-driven insights that inform key decisions, optimizing processes and driving innovation in the MedTech space.
• Shape and influence MedTech/Healthcare strategies, leveraging knowledge of product lifecycles, compliance, and emerging technologies to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between technical and business functions to deliver holistic solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership in complex project environments, motivating diverse teams to achieve high-performance outcomes and ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
• Engage stakeholders through clear, concise communication, facilitating alignment on strategic priorities and ensuring buy-in across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Experience

• Strategic Planning: Expertise in business scoping, blueprinting, business case development, and process redesign to meet organizational goals.
• Quality Management Systems (QMS): Experience in developing and aligning QMS across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Project and Operations Management: Strong background in project management and operations, including transforming product strategies and optimizing resource utilization.
• Solution Architecture and BA Skills: Experience as a Solution Architect in HCLS with strong business analysis, project management, and product ownership skills.
• SAMD Experience: Hands-on experience with Software as a Medical Device (SAMD) solutions, including development and regulatory compliance.
• Operating Model Design: Expertise in designing and implementing operating models focused on organizational design and process optimization.
• AI and Generative AI: Experience in implementing AI solutions, including predictive analytics, NLP, machine learning, and Generative AI.
• DevSecOps Skills: Proficiency in DevSecOps, integrating security in the DevOps process, automated testing, and CI/CD in healthcare settings.
• Change Management: Ability to execute change plans aligned with client strategies, engaging stakeholders and driving transformation.
• Thought Leadership: Experience in developing methodologies, research papers, and assets to support team and community initiatives.
• Business Development: Proven ability to lead business development, proposals, and deliverables, identifying opportunities for transformation.
