Principal Duties And Responsibilities:  Working closely with our clients, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise-strategic, industry, functional, technical-in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth.

 Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities.
•    Identifying, assessing, and developing Security Strategy for our clients across Cloud Security, Data Security, Integrated Risk Management (GRC), Digital Identity, and Platform Security
•    Working with client's CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and CFOs in addressing in their on-premise and Cloud Security needs and developing and implementing Security transformation programs
•  Designing Zero trust strategic initiatives that help client prevent successful data breaches
•  Developing thought leaderships, assets, offering and white papers

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Relevant experience in the required domain. 

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent analytical skills: able to break down complex, multi-faceted problems into actionable steps without over-simplification
Experience:  1AM Strategy & Transformation:
•  3+ years of experience in developing an 1AM strategy across Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
•    Able to define target state 1AM operating model that aligns to best practices and client's landscape
•  Experience in assisting clients on selection of industry leading Identity platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta that fit to their requirements
Privileged Access Management
•  Experience in designing and implementing Privileged Access Management processes and solutions including local, cloud, and hybrid integration services
Access Management & Directory Services
•    Worked on at least one end-to-end access management project to manage and enforce access for employees, contractors, third-party, partners, consumer, customer, and citizens
•    Experience in technologies that enable SSO (Single Sign On), PIM/PAM (Privileged Identity and Access Management), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Access Governance and Logical Access across local and Cloud environments
Enterprise Identity Governance
•    Knowledge of full lifecycle of 1AM services for the enterprise, covering data management, processes, and technologies to securely manage identities and entitlements for workforce users of every type
Products and Platforms: Experienced in at least one of the 1AM products such as CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, and ForgeRock
Cloud:
•  Good understanding of Cloud security concepts on at least one of the Cloud platforms Azure, AWS, GCP
•    Preferred - Knowledge of Security services in cloud e.g., Azure Security, AWS CloudWatch, Azure AD and B2C, Keycloak KMS, AWS CloudTrail, Azure Duo, 1AM, CASB, etc.
Security standards and frameworks:
•  ISO, NIST CSF, PCI DSS
•  Experience in privacy assessment frameworks standards including

GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, HITRUST, China cybersecurity law, EU Annex 11,
PIP
•  Exposure in working with large US and UK&I clients will be advantage

•  Stakeholder Management and presentation skills: Collaborate with all job levels, both internally and externally. Exhibit sense of confidence when working with stakeholders and employees with poise and credibility
•  Good analytical and logical reasoning skills. Comfortable working in
PowerPoint Presentations
•  Strong knowledge of security trends across Security functions. Self­ motivated to research, analyze and progress on Security topics
•  Team oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organization.
•    Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships and conflict resolving persona
•  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skills
•  Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
