Safety Officer

1.Ensure site safety co-ordination with safety team, weekly safety audit and maintaining proper housekeeping and 5S standard at site.

2. Obtain permits from various statutory bodies at the Site before the start of the work.

3. Maintain all required documents for QMS, EMS and other management systems as and when applicable.

4. Supervision of compliance to the safety regulations and removal of accident hazards within the sphere of responsibility.

5. Maintaining proper housekeeping and 5S standard at site and at labour colony.

6. Conducting daily tool box talk on site.

7. Preparing JSA/ HIRA / HAZOP document as per activity and getting it approved from the client.

8. Maintaining stock of required PPEs on site.

9. Preparing incident / accident reports and submitting to the client in required format.

10. Checking of equipments / scaffolding before putting them to use and allotting them green sticker/ tag.

11. Checking relevant documents of vehicle, driver and permit.

12. Carrying out motivation programs / activities on site to boost the moral of the site team.

13. Carry out any job allotted by superiors and as per organizational need.
