Safety Supervisor

The Safety Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures and regulations are followed at the construction site. The role involves monitoring workers, identifying potential hazards, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

Ensure workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, safety shoes, goggles, etc.

Supervise safety practices during construction, gypsum installation, and painting work.

Provide safety induction and toolbox talks to workers before starting work.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.

Ensure proper scaffolding safety during painting and gypsum ceiling work.

Maintain safety records, checklists, and incident reports.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and workers to implement safety measures.

Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, chemicals, and construction materials.

Monitor work at height, ladder safety, and confined space work when required.

Stop unsafe work practices and take corrective actions immediately.

Qualification:-

Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety
