Sales and Marketing Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a B2B Corporate Sales Executive who can independently handle corporate clients by coordinating with Admin, Purchase, and HR Managers. The role requires managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and order execution—while building long-term corporate relationships in the Pune market.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with corporate decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable, cost-effective solutions
• Handle end-to-end sales activities for corporate and institutional clients
• Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and reports
• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets
• Sales ResponsibilitiesGenerate new corporate leads through field visits, calls, references, and networking
• Fix and attend meetings with Admin / Purchase / HR Managers
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals (PO & contracts)
• Manage yearly contracts and bulk orders
• Generate repeat business from existing clients
• Marketing ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential corporate markets and industries in Pune
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations
• Support branding activities by promoting company products and services
• Collect market and competitor insights and share feedback with management
• Assist in client onboarding and relationship-building activities
