Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Mumbai / Pune

Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales (Construction/Building Materials preferred)

Education: Graduate / High School (with relevant experience)

Job OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be the face of the company on the ground, responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and expanding our footprint by onboarding new customers, contractors, and builders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Regularly visit existing customers to ensure satisfaction and handle repeat orders.
• New Business Development: Identify and visit potential new clients and sites to pitch our products.
• Product Sampling: Carry and demonstrate product samples to clients, architects, and contractors to explain quality and benefits.
• Influencer Marketing: Meet with contractors, civil engineers, and masons to build a strong network and get our products recommended.
• Reporting: Maintain a daily track of field visits and sales leads.
• Candidate Requirements:
• Prior Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year in a Field Sales role.
• Industry Preference: Candidates who have worked with Gyproc, JK Lakshmi, Saint-Gobain, or any Plaster of Paris (POP)/Construction Material companies will be given high preference.
• Communication Skills: Should be able to speak clearly and professionally in Hindi/Marathi and basic English.
• Self-Presentation: Must be well-groomed and professional as you will be representing the brand.
• Must Have: A two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
