Job Description

The Sales and Outreach Executive will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building meaningful relationships with clients, architects, designers, and curators, and driving revenue growth through focused outreach and personalized engagement. This role blends strategic thinking with a hands-on, relationship-first approach rooted in a deep appreciation for design.


Key Responsibilities:


● Market Outreach and Client Development

○ Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and collaborators through proactive outreach.

○ Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, procurement agencies, and high-end retail prospects.

○ Act as the brand’s voice in conversations; both online and offline to communicate our ethos and offerings.


● Sales Strategy and Execution

○ Understand client needs to offer tailored product recommendations and solutions.

○ Manage the full sales cycle - from inquiry to delivery and after-sales care.

○ Set and monitor targets to track performance, improve conversion rates, and grow sales.


● Event Participation and Brand Representation

○ Represent Artisanal Abode at design exhibitions, pop-ups, and industry events.

○ Organize showroom walkthroughs, studio visits, and curated previews for clients.


● Coordination and Communication

○ Work closely with the design and production teams to align client expectations with deliverables.

○ Maintain CRM tools and ensure prompt communication with all leads and clients.


Qualifications:

● Passion for design, craft, and high-end furniture.

● 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach within design, furniture, or lifestyle industries.

● Strong network within the architecture and interior design ecosystem is a big plus.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, creative studio environment.
