Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage our showroom operations and assist walk-in customers with their tile, marble, and sanitaryware needs. This role is focused on in-house sales—guiding customers, explaining product features, maintaining displays, and ensuring smooth showroom management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.

* Explain product features, finishes, sizes, and usage benefits.

* Maintain an attractive and organized product display in the showroom.

* Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain daily sales records.

* Follow up with customers for closing sales and after-sales support.

* Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team for timely order dispatch.

* Handle calls, inquiries, and showroom administration duties.

* Maintain stock availability, and promotional materials in the showroom.

Qualifications & Skills

* Graduate or equivalent qualification.

* 1–2 years of sales experience (tiles/building material showroom experience preferred).

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).

* Customer-oriented approach and ability to close sales.
