Sales and Marketing Executive

Sales Executive – 

-        B Com / M Com or BSc  with 1-2 years’ experience ( In Engineering company)

-        Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, English language, speaking , writing, listening.

-        Good Knowledge of MS Office, Tally & E mails etc

Job Description - 

·       Check Buy leads on India Mart (online marketplace)

·       Inquiry Generation and conversion. Follow-up. Maintain records

·       Scheduling appointments and meetings with Customers and Suppliers.

·       Maintain Excel sheets for customer follow-up & other data

·       Managing office supplies, Records, Filing & Maintaining documents

·       Helping manage the office correspondence

·       Preparation of Quotations, Letters & other communications

·       Maintain and update various excel sheets related to ISO & Sales etc.

OTHER REQUIREMENT -

- Good Communication Skill & Fluency in Speaking & writing English , Hindi, Marathi.

– Well conversant with Computer Handling as E mails, Drafting , Presentations , MS Office etc.

- 2 Wheeler Valid Licence

- Based in Pune ( Preferable near Kothrud, Warje, Karve Nagar, Swargate, katraj Area)
