Job Description of Marketing Intern

Location: Field visits, working from ACTION DnA’s institute (Swargate), Remote support (as applicable)

Duration: 3 months

Purpose: To support the expansion of ACTION DnA’s training services by identifying potential corporates, support corporate outreach and business development activities by identifying potential corporate clients, collecting key rganizational data, understanding training needs, and scheduling meetings for business discussions.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for:

 Data Collection & Research

 Identify and research corporates across relevant industries.

 Collect and maintain accurate corporate data, including:

- Name of the Corporate

- Contact Person (HR / L&D / Admin / Decision Maker)

- Contact Number & Email ID

- Office Timings

- Availability for Meetings

- Corporate Training Needs / Requirements

 Business Development Activities

- Reach out to potential corporates through calls, emails, or visits.

- Introduce ACTION DnA’s programs and services.

- Understand the institution's training needs and note them clearly.

 Meeting Coordination

- Fix meetings between ACTION DnA's Director/Trainer and the identified institutions.

- Ensure at least 10 confirmed meetings within the 3-month internship period.
