Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sale Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our corporate gifting solutions, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct daily outbound sales calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.
  • Product Presentation: Present Wemee’s corporate gifting solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position Wemee’s products.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report client feedback to improve service offerings and address any concerns or issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
