Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at WeMee Corporate Gifting Company, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the corporate gifting industry, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring revenue growth. You will develop strategies to generate leads, pitch corporate gifting solutions, and close business deals that align with clients' branding and promotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for customized gifting solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with companies, HR managers, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and present corporate gifting proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Wemee’s corporate gifting solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit margins.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize gifts based on client requirements.
  • Track and achieve business growth targets, reporting to the Business Development Manager.
  • Ensure follow-ups on client feedback, satisfaction, and any additional opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the corporate gifting or promotional products sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a portfolio of clients, and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
