Job Description

The Sales Associate will be responsible for calling leads received from channel partners, engaging prospects, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits. The primary goal is to convert leads into site visits and support the sales team in achieving booking targets.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Calling & Follow-UpCall the leads provided by the company and channel partners.
  • Explain project details clearly (location, pricing, floor plans, amenities, payment plan, etc.).
  • Identify buyer requirements and match them with suitable project offerings.
  • Ensure continuous follow-up until the site visit is confirmed.
  • 2. Scheduling & Coordinating Site VisitsConvert qualified leads into scheduled site visits.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and channel partners to confirm visit timings.
  • Share Google location, project information, and necessary documents before the visit.
  • Ensure proper handover of the client to the sales team during site visits.
  • 3. Customer EngagementMaintain professional and courteous communication with all prospects.
  • Handle objections and queries regarding the project.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding offers, availability, and new launches.
  • 4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain call logs and lead status updates in CRM or Excel.
  • Track the number of calls, follow-ups, site visits scheduled, and conversions.
  • Share daily and weekly reports with the Channel Sales Manager.
  • 5. Coordination With Internal TeamsCollaborate with sales, CRM, and channel partner teams for smooth lead management.
  • Provide feedback about lead quality and customer behavior to management.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications0–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to engage customers and convert inquiries into site visits.
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environment.
  • Preferred AttributesEnergetic, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on weekends (real estate industry norm).
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools).
  • Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls made per day.
  • Number of qualified leads.
  • Site visits scheduled and completed.
  • Conversion rate from lead to site visit.
