Sales Associate

1. Customer Handling

• Greet customers politely.

• Understand their needs (daily wear, festive, cotton, ethnic, etc.).

• Suggest suitable products and upsell matching items (dupatta, leggings, accessories).

• Maintain positive and friendly behavior.

2. Product Knowledge

• Know fabric types (cotton, rayon, silk, festive wear).

• Explain size, fitting, washing instructions.

• Stay updated about offers and new arrivals.

3. Sales & Billing

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

• Assist in billing process.

• Handle cash / UPI / card payments properly.

4. Display & Store Maintenance

• Arrange clothes neatly on shelves.

• Maintain trial room discipline.

• Keep counter clean and organized.

• Help in stock arrangement.

5. Stock Management

• Inform owner about low stock.

• Assist during stock checking.

• Tagging and folding properly.
