• Achieve & exceed daily sales targets

• Convert walk-in customers

• Handle promotions & product updates

• Manage customer complaints professionally

• Coordinate between shop & workshop

• Track pick-ups & repaired items

• Maintain excellent customer service standards

• Identify new sales opportunities

• Participate in weekly & monthly meetings
