Designation : Sales Associate ( Payroll on PMS )

Position : 1

• Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or inside sales

• Education: Any Graduation

• Skills Required:

o Excellent communication skills

o Working knowledge of MS Excel

o Basic understanding of sales processes

o Strong follow-up and coordination ability

Job Description:

 Make regular outbound calls based on provided data.

Handle and respond to incoming call inquiries.

Identify potential leads based on customer requirements.

Coordinate with the internal sales team and act promptly on assigned leads.

Follow up on inquiries to ensure timely closures. 

Share company profile, product details, applications, and available options with prospective clients. 

Maintain and update lead status.

Prepare daily and weekly lead reports and assist in forecasting sales. 

Collect information on upcoming projects from the online sources. 

Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and internal sales teams. 

Identify repeat business opportunities and upsell.
