Sales Coordinator

📝 Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team in daily operations. This role does not carry any direct sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for assisting Sales Executives in documentation, follow-ups, order processing, and coordination work.

🎯 Key Responsibilities: Assist Sales Executives in preparing quotations and proposals

• Coordinate with customers for follow-ups and order confirmations
• Maintain sales reports and update CRM/software regularly
• Coordinate with warehouse/godown for dispatch and delivery status
• Handle basic customer queries and redirect to concerned sales person
• Maintain proper documentation of POs, invoices, and payments
• Support the sales team in achieving smooth operations

✅ Requirements :

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English basic)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a team

💼 Experience: 0–3 years experience in sales coordination / backend support preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• 💰 Salary:As per company standards (Negotiable based on experience)
