Sales Coordinator

• Handling walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries about gym memberships and services
• Explaining membership plans, facilities, personal training, and ongoing offers
• Conducting gym tours and assisting in trial sessions
• Following up with leads and converting them into active members
• Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, conversions, and renewals
• Coordinating with trainers and front desk staff for seamless onboarding
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Ensuring excellent customer service and member satisfaction
