Sales Coordinator

Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM software

Generate CRM and sales reports for management review

Coordinate with sales team for order status and customer updates

Prepare and share quotations based on sales inputs

Follow up with customers for quotation approvals and POs

Maintain quotation, PO, and order records

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, availability, and timelines

Prepare invoices as per approved quotations and POs

Ensure accuracy in billing, GST, and commercial terms

Coordinate with accounts team for invoice submission and payment follow-ups

Maintain proper invoice documentation and records

Handle customer communication via email and phone

Provide order status updates and resolve basic queries

Support sales team with documentation, reports, and follow-ups

Assist in dispatch coordination and delivery tracking
