Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations Executive

Role:

Coordinate all pre-order sales activities between clients and internal teams in an engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing setup. Ensure timely site visits, accurate requirement documentation, proposal submission, and CRM tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries, pipeline tracker & documentation
• Coordinate site visits and collect technical inputs
• Prepare structured requirement documents
• Follow up with design & costing teams on proposals
• Send proposals and track client follow-ups

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Commerce/Mechanical preferred)
• 1–5 years experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
• Strong documentation & MS Office skills
• Professional communication and multitasking ability
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
