Sales Counselor

We are hiring high-energy Sales Executives / Counselors who can convert leads into paid enrollments for coaching classes and courses. This is a pure B2C sales role with strong earning potential through incentives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Understand student needs (class, goals, budget, location)
• Recommend relevant coaching classes / courses
• Pitch and explain course benefits, outcomes, and value
• Convert leads into paid admissions / enrollments
• Consistent follow-ups to close sales
• Maintain lead data and update CRM
• Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
