Sales Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial and commercial vacuum cleaning machines and systems, develop new customers, and achieve sales targets through technical and consultative selling.

• Key Responsibilities🔹 Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new customers in industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, warehouses, and commercial facilities
• Promote industrial vacuum cleaners, central vacuum systems, and dust collection solutions
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• 🔹 Technical Sales SupportUnderstand customer cleaning requirements and recommend suitable vacuum cleaning solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and site evaluations
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations
• 🔹 Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and payments
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with service team
• 🔹 Market Intelligence & ReportingTrack competitor products, pricing, and market trends
• Submit weekly sales reports, visit reports, and forecasts
• Maintain CRM and lead database
• 🔹 Coordination & DocumentationCoordinate with production, service, and accounts teams for order execution
• Ensure proper documentation such as PO, delivery challan, and installation handover
• Required SkillsKnowledge of industrial vacuum cleaners, motors, blowers, filters, and accessories
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
• Willingness to travel extensively
