Sales Engineer

We are looking for an HVAC Sales Engineer responsible for generating sales by identifying customer needs, proposing HVAC solutions, preparing technical and commercial offers, and closing deals across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products and solutions

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC systems

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates

Coordinate with design, project, and service teams for execution support

Conduct site visits, product presentations, and negotiations

Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Track tenders, RFQs, and market competition
