Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for CNC machines and automation solutions.
- Technical Consultation:
- Provide technical guidance to customers on CNC machines, features, applications, and integration into existing systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials.
- Collaborate with application engineers and service teams to deliver complete solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, installation, and after-sales support.
- Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC machine sales, application engineering, or a similar technical sales role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines (Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Press Brakes, Laser Welding machine)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, etc.).
- Understanding of CAD/CAM, G-code, automation, and machine integration.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with ability to work independently.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with brands like Yawie, HSG, Boder, BLM, Trumpf, .
- Prior experience with brands like Mazak, DMG Mori, Haas, or Fanuc.
- Familiarity with manufacturing sectors like automotive, aerospace, or tool & die.
