Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for CNC machines and automation solutions.
  • Technical Consultation:

  • Provide technical guidance to customers on CNC machines, features, applications, and integration into existing systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with application engineers and service teams to deliver complete solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services.
  • Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC machine sales, application engineering, or a similar technical sales role.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CNC machines (Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Press Brakes, Laser Welding machine)
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, etc.).
  • Understanding of CAD/CAM, G-code, automation, and machine integration.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with ability to work independently.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with brands like Yawie, HSG, Boder, BLM, Trumpf, .
  • Prior experience with brands like Mazak, DMG Mori, Haas, or Fanuc.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing sectors like automotive, aerospace, or tool & die.
