Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kirkatwadi, Pune


Industry: Travel & Tourism

Job Overview:Bharatatva is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry, and be capable of independently managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire potential clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Present and promote Bharatatva’s services, partnership programs, and offerings to prospective clients.
  • Handle negotiations, contract agreements, and close deals effectively.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the travel & tourism industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Ability to conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
