Job Description
About the Role: M Brothers is looking for ambitious, performance-driven individuals who are ready to build a career in Sales Executive. This role demands high ownership, strong communication, and the ability to convert interest into sales. You will connect with potential clients, consult them on our IT programs, software solutions and consistently drive conversions to meet monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Aggressively engage and convert assigned leads through calls, follow-ups, and structured guidance.
● Identify client’s goals, pitch the right IT programs, software solutions, consulting and influence decision-making for closing.
● Build and nurture relationships with interested clients through high-quality consultations, constant follow-ups, and value-driven communication.
● Drive strong lead nurturing strategies to move clients across the funnel from awareness → interest → consideration → closing.
● Handle queries and objections with confidence to push conversions with positive note.
● Schedule counselling sessions (video/in-person) to maximize closures.
● Own the full admissions funnel from lead qualification to final enrolment.
● Track daily metrics, update the sales pipeline/funnel, and achieve monthly closing & revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
● Graduation in BBA/BCA/MBA Sales or Marketing; IT sales/Technical background preferred (If any).
● Prior exposure to sales, IT sales, tele-sales roles will be an added advantage (Internships count).
● Freshers with strong communication & sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
● Excellent communication in Hindi & English with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
● Ability to listen, assess needs, and influence client’s decisions confidently.
● Comfortable with targets, metrics, and structured sales processes.
● Basic MS Office proficiency; Excel familiarity for reporting and pipeline tracking.
