Job Role & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
Meet clients face-to-face to understand their property requirements.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and benefits clearly.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
Follow up with prospects to close sales.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Keep daily records of leads, meetings, visits, and sales.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:
0–3 years of sales experience (Real estate experience preferred, freshers can apply).
Excellent communication & convincing skills in Hindi/Marathi (English is a plus).
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting clients in person.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and emails.
