Sales Executive

Detailed Job Description:

Lead Generation & Calling

·        Make 60–80 calls per day (cold + warm calling).

·        Identify potential prospects and qualify leads.

·        Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.

 Meeting & Demo Coordination

·        Schedule meetings and product demos for CSM/DSM

·        Follow up on scheduled calls, confirmations, and no-shows.

Sales Collateral Sharing

·        Share product brochures, PDFs, pitch decks, solution videos, and proposals.

·        Ensure prospects receive the right information at the right time.

CRM Management (Zoho CRM) Update all calls, follow-ups, tasks, and meetings daily

·        Maintain 100% CRM accuracy with proper tagging and status updates.

·        Ensure no lead is missed or dropped.

Marketing Coordination

·        Support marketing campaigns, email outreach, and WhatsApp promotions.

·        Share inputs with marketing based on customer feedback.

Required Skills

·        Good communication (English, Hindi, Marathi).

·        Confident on phone calls.

·        Basic MS Excel & Zoho CRM knowledge (preferred).

·        Strong follow-up discipline.

Positive attitude & willingness to learn.
