Sales Executive

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Calling & Site Visit Coordination) – 2 Positions

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with interested real estate leads provided by the company

• Understand customer requirements (budget, location, flat size, loan needs)

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and location advantages

• Arrange and coordinate site visits with customers and builders

• Accompany clients for site visits when required

• Maintain continuous follow-up after site visits till booking decision

• Coordinate with builder sales teams for availability, offers, and documentation

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM / Excel

• Work closely with telecalling and marketing teams to improve conversions

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English

• Convincing, confident, and customer-friendly approach

• Experience in real estate sales or channel partner firm preferred

• Ability to handle customer objections and price discussions

• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline

• Basic knowledge of home loans, documentation, and booking process

Preferred Candidate:

• Real estate sales background is a plus

• Local area knowledge of Pune real estate market

• Ability to work on leads and close bookings through coordination
