Sales Executive

Job description

• Identify and target potential corporate clients across industries for gifting solutions, promotional merchandise, and uniforms.
• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
• Pitch and present product offerings tailored to client needs.
• Close deals and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales target
• Act as a point of contact for key accounts; ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Upsell and cross-sell other services and product lines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales activities, and client communications using CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Understand client industries and customize offerings accordingly.
• Collaborate with the production and design team to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
