Sales Executive

Role Overview 

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for direct selling of VELMIRA goods across residential areas in Pune. You'll build relationships with customers and consistently meet sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Sell VELMIRA goods to end consumers • Cover neighborhoods and apartment complexes

• Build customer relationships for repeat purchases

• Collect daily inventory and maintain product quality

• Daily sales reporting and feedback 

Requirements 

• Age: 18-35 years

• Education: 10th pass minimum

• Language: Fluent in Marathi/Hindi

• Attitude: Self-motivated, target-oriented, comfort with direct selling

• Reliability: Consistent attendance, independent work capability

• Transport: Own 2 wheeler (no fuel reimbursement) 

Compensation & Benefits 

• Base Salary: ₹18,000/month

• Commission: 5% to 7% on monthly sales revenue

• Payment: Monthly salary + commission credited on 5th of each month
