Job Description:

We are looking for a result-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to promote and sell Building ERP solutions to enterprise and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and engage with Facility Managers, Infrastructure Managers, and Estate Heads.
  • Sell Building ERP solutions to residential societies, IT/tech parks, malls, and hospitals.
  • Identify and prospect new clients.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos.
  • Understand client needs and gather requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Demo → Pilot → Closure.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for demos, pilots, and onboarding.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
