Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Person
Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Person to join our team. The role includes handling inquiries, generating leads, converting clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and follow up with potential clients.
- Explain our services and plans clearly.
- Work towards weekly and monthly targets.
- Maintain daily client and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: 1 weekday
- Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM
Compensation:
- Training/Probation Period (1 month): Performance base incentives on every conversion.
- After confirmation: ₹20,000/month + regular incentives.
