Sales Executive

Identify new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing works

Develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and PMC teams

Visit construction sites regularly to understand project requirements

Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations for plumbing works and materials

Follow up with clients for approvals, work orders, and payments

Negotiate rates, contract terms, and finalize deals

Coordinate with the site/project team for smooth project execution

Track tender opportunities and participate in bidding processes

Maintain a pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects

Monitor competitors’ activities and market pricing trends

Ensure timely billing and payment collection from clients
